Destination Des Moines would love to support the vendor community with an opportunity to join our events!

Vendor Application Fee varies by vendor type
Vendors may request and display a single booth at a Destination Des Moines event.
Each booth space will accommodate a 10’ x 10’ tent which will need to be provided by the vendor.
All Vendors need to complete the Vendor Information Form below
Vendor Contract and Event information will be provided prior to the Event date to the registered Vendor

On behalf of the entire group participating in the 2023 Destination Des Moines Events I assume all risk of bodily injury, property damage, and personal damage that may occur by participating in the Destination Des Moines Events for myself/ourdo hereby forever waive and release any and all claims against and agree to hold harmless Destination Des Moines, its committee, sponsors and volunteers, and the City of Des Moines with its respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors or assigns any kind from any and all claims which may be made for any cause whatsoever arising as a result of participation.
